Well, Spring is definitely in the air. The blackbirds have returned to raid the feeders. The grass is coming up already. My daffodils are poking up from their winter sleep.
How invigorating the sun is when the heat comes through the front window and shines on the living room carpet.
The dogs are adjusting to the weather change. Rory has been sitting outside, sniffing the air and watching the wildlife. Chelsea is still protecting her feeding spot under the tree from the squirrels. (Our neighbor feeds the squirrels and leaves biscuits for her, too.)
I been having a cleaning spree. Just cleaned living room and dining room curtains and shampooed the living room rug.
The hummingbirds will be here in another month and it will be time to begin planting some flowers.
Spring is the beginning of plans for summer and enjoying nature at its finest.
